It’s important to note my experience.
When I first took this test, it was revealed that I was right brain dominant. As I would primarily see the blue circle and if I did see a cross, the blue circle and vertical line was much more apparent than the red circle. Or appeared as if it was in front, while the red was behind it.
Since then, I’ve been listening to audio that effectively strengthens the use of both sides of my brain.
The results were immediate as I listened to the audio while focusing in the 3rd circle. What did I see? A constant circle with a cross.
You’ll just have to see it for yourself. But this will only apply to those of you who primarily see a red or blue circle. If you see a well blended cross already, then congratulations – you are whole-brain dominant.
If not, stick around because things are about to get real interesting for you.

Whole Brain Dominance
Here’s what you really want to see. If you can view this image steadily for at least 15 minutes, your left and right brain hemisphere are working at the same time.

Left Brain Dominance
If the majority of the time you saw the red circle only or it appeared as if it were on top, then you are visually left brain dominant.

Right Brain Dominance
If the majority of the time you saw the blue circle only or it appeared as if it were on top, then you are visually right brain dominant.
Brain Dominance – What Does It Mean?
Brain dominance is the reason why:
- You act as you do
- You react the way you do
- You learn the way you do
- You feel the way you feel
Of course there’s much more to it than that, but his is just to give you and idea of why your life is the way it is and the simplest way to start looking at things differently.
Once you understand the “why” it will all start to make sense to you.
But before all the technical explanations, you need to see for yourself the amazing power of your brain. Once you do, then it’s time to unleash it and start living to your full potential.
Make Up Your Friggin Mind
September 25, 2008
How many times have you heard that before?
I remember when I was younger and my mom would get all upset at me.
Why?
Because I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted. She didn’t use the word “friggin” but she would constantly say “make up your mind!”.
So it’s no wonder that while growing up, I just couldn’t make up my mind. That meant I had to just choose one or the other and there was a 50 – 50 chance I would choose the right thing.
Well, you can guess how that worked out… right? Or should I say “wrong”.
Anyway, to make a long story short. It took quite a while to get out of that way of thinking and replace it with something else. Something that didn’t cause anxiety and the need to hastily make a decision.
So the point is, what has been ingrained in your brain for some many years can be undone or replaced with better lines of thinking.
This section will take you through a fascinating journey of changing your thoughts.
Thoughts equal dreams and dreams equal living.
Don’t worry, it will all make sense shortly.
